I imagine I'm not the only one who has or will go through this. I'm looking at eventually hatching shipped eggs, so I want an upright turner, which seems to mean either GQF (styrofoam) or Brinsea ($$$$). I'd love a Brinsea Ovation 28, but I really don't think I can spend that. Experienced hatchers probably already know this, but I didn't - GQF and Incubator Warehouse sell replacement HovaBator parts. IW has the bottom, and GQF has the top as well as the bottom. So if the styrofoam gets too stinky, stained, or damaged, it can be replaced. I'm hoping it's only the bottom that gets gross; that's cheap. :) (But I still wish there was an upright turner for the Incuview.)

Which one did you get?
The Ovation 28 EX. Was on sale on their website, plus code "whisper" got me another 10% off. I decided it was worth it since I can't be around to watch it all the time. I seem to actually be working a lot of overtime right now, and so far the Brinsea is living up to its reputation. Just set eggs last night but it's been running for a week.
