FOR MODS - please can you put a sticky on a bumblefoot surgery thread?

Hi, I know a while ago I have seen a great comprehensive instructive bumble foot surgery thread with photos but I cannot find it again.

Could you please locate it and put a sticky on it or put it on the links thread so it can be found easily, I am sure others will also benefit.
