I think.... China is two hours behind Australia. Am I correct, anyone with knowledge of time zones?

I have never been there though, my family line moved out of the country a long time ago... the only connection I have is my appearance

I'm not sure about what birds they have there, I've heard they sell live chickens at the markets.
