Hi there!
My name is Michelle and I live in BC, Canada. I'd like to thank you for the fantastic site -- I've spent HOURS and HOURS researching and learning on it over the past three months since deciding to acquire a few backyard hens… I think I might have an addiction problem.
)
As I've been looking recently at the ‘for sale’ section (just preparing myself for a year or two from now <!!>, when I decide to add to and/or turn over my flock and gathering info re: breeders and hatcheries and such) I noticed that all ads seem to be mixed together. I know I can't bring fertilized eggs across the border into Canada, and bringing chicks and hens requires copious amounts of paperwork, I've heard… I wondered if it might be possible to have a ‘for sale’ section for Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, etc. as there seem to be so very many members in countries all around the world? Just my little two cents!
