I'm new, I love chickens! I know they were my first love cause my nickname is DeeDee (what a 2-3 year old says for peepy)! They seem to want to follow me, I bought some tetra link chicks, one looks like his tail end was dipped in deep purple, would like to find others talking and sharing pics of these little beauties.

I have a house full of roosters, blue tailed roosters are my favorite! I feel so blessed to have found this blue tailed roo.
I only bought two tetras, would love to have a whole flock of them, but until I raise these or find out more about them, can't do it. My biggest fear is that they won't live very long.
P.S. found out the blue is medicine they sprayed on him.
Feeling silly and sad.

Any suggestions on a name? Ole blue, Mr. Blue, no good. I need something really special. Anyone know stories of blue tailed roosters, I read an article along time ago about why they are special, but can't remember any details now

Love this little chick! Always out pooping on the floor, can't get him to come to me. I've raised a lot of chicks but never wanted wanted one to be my friend like I do this one. Any suggestions?
