Any advice? I'm going to start using a mother...not from scratch. Storage ideas? How dark does the area need to be...can it get a small amount of light? How long do you keep the cheesecloth on top? I've tried googling it over and over but I can't get all my questions answered so I figure the best advice would be from someone who makes it themselves...
