for those of you with hawk issues?

Egyptian geese nest in trees, if of the actual species. Natural habitat is either too predator rich or frequently flooded to nest on ground. I think several other African species of waterfowl do the same.

goshawk is the worst bird killer worse than a red tail they prefer birds, goshawk is a huge sized coopers hawk.

this is what the geese do to chicks in the nest they just kill the hawk chicks and take the nest over, they will kill adult hawks if the hawks try to bind to them and fight them for long.

Canada geese do it also, domestic geese will NEVER do it they need the ability to fly

Keep things in context. Raptor having advantage is general rule. Around these parts Bald Eagles target the largest subspecies of Canada Geese and some make meals of such regularly.

they target the weak ones or young OR they look for an advantage like to hit them into the water while they are flying, they have to be very careful or the eagle ends up dead, if one just kills one in the middle of the flock it will get attacked by the rest of them.

Yes usually an eagle can pretty much kill what it wants in the right way, but with giant canadas they have to be careful these geeese work together and are fearless the geese dont need an excuse to attack they just hate raptors

With eagles I think ravens are the only ones that makes fools out of them.

Egyptian geese have caused a decline in certain species of hawk numbers.

Raptors have the advantage over all domestic birds not wild ones though. An aggressive rooster could easily be killed by a lot of hawks.
