If you use a radio through the night as a means of keeping potential predators at bay...

Are there any of you who have still had experiences with your chicken coop being raided by another mammal even with the radio being turned on?

My in-laws own alpacas in Colorado, and they blare the radio all night long. So far, seven years of success. Just wondering about chickens though...

I have used a radio for 2 years now. No raids!

So far......so good!

trust me a radio can maby keep a racoon fox at bay but not a dog.!!!
