Forced air or still air??

Curious as to the diff between forced and still air incubators. Pros cons and so forth. Thanks for any info!!

I prefer forced air. The temps stay more consistant throughout the entire incubator so less cold spots and supposedly better hatches. Just my 2 cents.

Been reading all I can on the process but have zero experience. Have been looking into buying a bator just don't know much about it.
