forcing hen to go broody?

So is it possible?? I was really hoping to order some EE eggs and also hatch some of the eggs that I have here. I really don't want to mess with an incubator. Any thoughts on this??? Thanks!!!

No, sorry they are programmed for that or not- and it is controlled by hormones.

Go ahead and set eggs for incubation using a known nethod. With another bunch eggs, store bought possibly, force hen to roost on clutch at night. Need a good dozen or so and ideally hen being "forced" is laying. Contact with so many eggs for such a time may cause the desired hormone changes.
