Forclosure advice

You are the one posting on an open forum of what you "think" will be advice to help you with this brainy idea? As stated I see people hard working people that "if" they hadn't lost their job would give their eye teeth to say they could pay their debts, especialy when it would come to a foreclosure. So yes your going to get opionions that do not agree with ruining your credit see if we care.

If you really can pay your house payment maybe going to a lawyer is right up your alley since you have the money to do so and not letting the rest of us know your scheme to cheat the banks.

Yes I would. I honestly don't care if you people think I am a bad person for thinking this. You think I haven't thought of everything else. And no I didn't expect anyone to start flaming me, I thought we were adults and could keep to the question at hand.

You didn't say you thougt of everthing else in your orginal post.


You said you could afford it, but didn't want to pay the loan because the value of your house went down so much.
Just calling it like I see it.
