Formula for chicks?

I just got 15 day old chicks today!! When I got home with them, one was not moving, nor did it open his eyes at all, just laid there. I have been giving it sugar water, which he drinks. I've read about a formula you can give them. What is it made out of? or anything else I can feed it? Please help!!!

mix sugar water with a little chick starter. Make it very runny at first and syringe it into the side of the beak. Do it often... and keep us posted.
