Thanks all!

I was really amazed at how good it actually came out, considering I've never used a circular saw and I'm pretty bad with a hammer and drill. Especially a hammer, I also have black and blue thumbs after attempting to build anything.

I wasn't able to get my run finished, so the Silkies are in my old pathetic tractor so they won't become a free meal.

I just have to add some roosts and would like to add some feeders but really that's it. I bought some little containers from the dollar store for nest boxes. I'm pretty sure it won't get finished up until Spring, but that's okay because no one is really laying now anyway.

Maybe you could ask local roofing contractors for their leftover shingles, they dont have to match do they?
Or you could use roofing tar. or rolled roofing.
