Porcupine balls are sooooo good. You can't eat them like normal meat balls, you have to cut them up. I wish I had had them for dinner.

I had earlier posted a comment that I later realized could be misinterpreted as being something ugly, and that was certainly NOT my intention! I mentioned something about "porcupine envy", and what I MEANT was some of us were envious of the recipe and those yummy looking photos (not ... well, if you hadn't thought of it as being something else, then good for you!) To those who may have misconstrued my intent or meaning, my most humble apologies.
