foul odor coming nostrils has a clear liquid on beak and nostrils get clogged up

Trying this again. We bought 2 pullets from our local feed and seed store about 6 mos. ago. They were raised together and now on of our ladies has been putting out a foul odor from her nostrils. She shakes her had like a twitch. I have read that this might be "sour crop" I have checked her crop there is no blockage that I can find. We have been treating her with tetracylcine for 2 weeks now. Last night my husband said she lays with her head way back or lays with it flat out. We have her seperated her from the other birds . What else can I do and what does anyone out there think she may have. ?

When you wrote foul odor I thought coryza. Does she have any respiratory issues such as sneezing, swelling in the face or around eyes, bubbles in eyes, or drainage from nose or eyes?
