Foul pox

Looks like fowl pox. It will go away.
Fowl pox is spread by mosquitoes, if you bring any new chickens into your flock, you may want to try planting some plants that repel mosquitoes that are also okay if the chicken eat them.

If your birds are eating and drinking normally, there's no need to add anything in their water.
However if need be, you can give them Avian Super Pack and mix it in water. Dosage is 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of water for 5 days straight. Give it to them once a month. Do not add anything else to the mixture.
Here's where you can purchase it:

Thanks for the info I might be in the same boat I think all seven have it 🥲 so what do u recommend for their water? The scabs arent bad at all , im trying to find out what vet i can take them to.
You don't need to take them to a vet. Because it's viral, you have to let it run its course. Add raw apple cider vinegar to their water (about1/8 to 1/4 c per gallon). Also, oregano oil (the dosage varies depending on what product you use). You can use essential oregano oil, and you just add a drop for a gallon of water. I actually use the RopaPoultry oregano oil and supplement product. Garlic is also a good natural antibiotic which will shore-up their immune systems and help fight secondary infections. Just keep an eye on them. Make sure they are eating HIGH protein foods (Purina Flock Raiser or similar products that are 18-20% protein). Even if it is not Fowl Pox, the apple cider vinegar and oregano is ALWAYS good for them!
