Thank you for your response. I should update the original post but, couldn't find the mother so my sister and her kids/my nephews took her and have had her since.

So, my sister says "Blue" has been acting strange, wanting more attention, and meowing a lot. Then she sent me this video (will delete later) but we have no idea what the heck she's doing!

Any ideas?

The vet guessed she was about 3 weeks back in September so, we're guessing she's about 4 months old.

Really?! Isn't 4 months too young for a kitten? We always thought she might have been the runt of her litter because she was so tiny.
