Found a broody hen with chicks and eggs

Uggggggg bless it's little heart. I am not sure. I have had this happen also and lost most of them.
The last one I ran and turned on my little incubator and put it in there.

Maybe try putting it under a heat lamp?? BUT NOT TOO HOT ya know?

UPDATE @ 7:pm--- Chick did not make it :(

It hatched this morning, but the hen tried to kill it. I caught it too late :(
I moved the little guy to a tub with a heat lamp (all I had). Its breathing but not active. Not sure its chances of surviving now. It happened
so quickly, at 6am hatched and chirping! And then by 7am almost dead........

I just found a new hatchling that must have been attacked by one of the 2 brooders. There was nothing going on around 4 but then around 6:30 when changing their water, I noticed this little peeper on it's back with a bloody head. There are 2 babies in with them from last week and still 9 more eggs to hatch. Should I take the eggs from them and put them in my incubator? I have sprayed this little guy's head with poultry wound spray and am using a heating pad that I have to turn off since it only has 1 setting. I have an old slow cooker that the crock was broken in & am trying to see if the warm setting will be too hot. Please advise!
