I sure don't know a lot about Pigeons. I still haven't studied much about them.He had to be moved due to construction. He has a window, properly broken up with tape, and about a 15' flight path, along with a box for sleeping. But he hasn't moved from a chair all day.

And a big thank you to all who took the time to answer. I hope he's ok. My friend plans to release him when he's more chipper. Personally, I'd love a pigeon, but it would mean a very loud discussion with hubs.
But. What is being fed? Does he have grit?
Is he eating well and drinking?
The loose poop is a bit concerning, there's quite a bit of urates, so perhaps dehydration and stress. Green could still be due to not eating well.
You're going on to close to a week, so would you say the poop is improving and taking shape or the same as it has been?
When I first found mine, her poop was green and watery too. Can't remember if it took about a week to start looking "normal" or not, but it did start taking shape I'd say within 10 days(?).
If you have them, give some electrolytes for a few hours each day, then switch to plain water.
Pigeon poop is usually formed, I've seen some call it a "snail" or "nut" shape. I'd say "snail" is a more accurate term from what I've seen with mine.
