Yes I've seen the ads. A neighbor of mine bought one of thier coops, the ladys name that seems to own it is Debra. She acts like they build them and when my neighbor recieved it it was from another company, so it seems she is just an inbetween marking up the price to make something just for answering calls and not having to see the coop. My neighbor has had nothing but problems with hers and she has only had it 6 months. Doors sticking, hinge on nest box broke, nest box lid is warping. Its a shame that people get away selling things like this, dont people feel guilty. I feel horrible for my neighbor she is not getting any satisfaction or repairs for her coop, and as you said it was well over $1100
