I wanted to let all of the Central Texas people know there is a farm in Garfield, Texas (on Hwy 71 between Austin/Bastrop) that will process poultry...I've been told they do more than just chickens too, but I didn't ask. It's Anderson Family Farm.
My birds won't be ready until the middle of May and Gloria told me to call back closer to that time. I believe they wait until they get a bunch of orders and they process all at the same time.
Gloria gave me permission to give their number out but I feel wierd posting it so please PM if you want it.
