Found Chicken! (Can anybody identify breed? Clues about age?)

Final update/question: Found Chicken

OK, so she's doing well and is eating/drinking normally. My other chickens escaped the run and came to check her out and it was the most seamless introduction yet.

What's more, I was driving around the neighborhood where she was found and I found where she came from (saw a bunch of chickens in the backyard). I knocked on the door to tell them about and the strange lady said that a "friend" brought 32 chickens there before the hurricane hit and didn't bring food or provide a roost or boxes or anything at all. It's a small yard with 32 chickens and no food. She said to just bring her by and toss her over the fence.

I've decided that the stray chicken (SeeVee because we found her at the CVS pharmacy) will probably stay with us. She hasn't laid yet, but I'm hoping a table home and a regular diet might prompt her to start again, unless she's too old.

I'll probably cruise by a few more times to check on the other chickens as well. If the situation doesn't change, I'll call the city. I have no problem with meat chickens if kept in a healthy environment, and processed quickly and humanely. But starving chickens in a backyard with no grass ticks me off.
