Hi
Question... I found a couple clutches of eggs.. I have chickens, pekin ducks and call ducks that are all mating. So not quite sure who's they are yet. I put them in at night but my question is what happens when they start laying on them all day and night?? Do I keep them outside with the eggs??

You could eat them. Or, if you are wanting your birds to sit, then just leave them where they were and see if you get lucky.
I want her to sit on them but just not sure if I should leave her outside instead of putting her in the coop at night.

Oh, I'm sorry, I misunderstood your post. I would let her go broody, then move her and her eggs into an empty pet carrier that has straw or shavings in the bottom. This is best done at night. If she accepts that for a night, then you can move the whole thing into the coop or into a protected run.
