Found egg in run, safe to eat or balut?

Ohhhh, OK.....yeah, any 'floater' will do that, to varying extents

It's not a reason to save or chuck just an observation. Like if you have 2 balloons
One you blow up by mouth and the other has helium. If you hold them under, they will both rise but the helium will run to the top (and keep going...)
The bottom line is that they should be opened in a separate dish before throwing into food.

I give a lot of eggs away since there are only 2 of us and my DD is allergic to eggs. I put them in water because I only give away the sinkers since I am more certain that they are the fresh ones. Floaters I keep and use after opening to see if they are good.
