Found Egg

I found a random duck egg on my walk this morning under a tree I couldn't find the nest and realize that the duck was actually in the tree sitting on her eggs I thought it was a bit odd now I do not know whether I should put the egg back in the tree or if the will cause a disturbance to momma duck and the rest of her eggs. Can anyone give me advice on what to do?

I check the egg by candling it and it looks to be fine

I found 2 goose eggs two days apart in my backyard pond. They are growing wonderfully in the egg thanks to God answering our prayers. Also If you found it on your walk I was just wondering if you saw the air sac yet? Was it located on the side? One of mine is like that and I was wondering if that is because the mother abandoned it and it was not sitting in a proper position?
