I found her like this in the coop. Didn't notice any abnormal behavior earlier today. She is around 20 weeks old, Rhode island red, she is gasping for air it seems, with her neck stretching up. She isn't walking. Now I'm concerned for the rest of my flock,

Can you look into her beak and throat for anything yellow or something blocking her airway? How long has she not been walking? Are both legs not working or toes curled under? Has she been sneezing, or making sounds like she could have a small piece of feed stuck inside her throat or airway? Here is a video of a silkie with stridor—is the sound anything like this?

Poor thing. Has there been any head shaking, coughing or sneezing? Is her comb dark or red? Have you wormed her recently? Has she been able to drink any fluids since you found her? Have you got any antibiotics, or can you see a vet?

No to everything. I separated her and put her in a warm dark room. I plan on going to TSC on the morning to get antibiotics. I just hope she makes it. Her comb is typically red but it seems pale

Unfortunately she has passed. Now I'm trying to figure out how to protect the rest of the flock
