Found lice and one really sick chicken

Now I don't think she's going to make it. She won't even swallow water from a syringe, let alone eat anything. She can't keep her eyes open. Would lice kill her that fast? She had quite a few, but not thousands. Considering she acted okay yesterday morning, is there anything else that fits the same symptoms? I can't imagine the lice are a coincidence. Is there anything else I can do?

Never mind. She just died. It always seems to be the favorite one. Rip.
