I found a wild mallard on the side of the road. She can't move her legs or feet... I AM giving her. Niacin in her water. How long will it take for it to help her if thats the problem? She doesn't act like she's in pain at all, just scared.

If its a wild mallard it is unlikely that that is the problem. Nobody is handing out niacin or brewers yeast to the wild population.

I would say try to find a local wildlife/duck rescue to help it. I would think that if you were able to capture (easily) a truly wild mallard it is in bad shape.
Good luck and very nice of you to try to assist it.

I have had a few odd problems since owning ducks. Twice one of my runners had become very wobbly and uncoordinated. Seperation and they were fine the next day.
More recently, a muscovy hen stopped walking, it took 1.5 weeks but I also forcefed and gave vitamins by mouth.

Could she have been hit by a passing car? maybe nipped her? Try to keep her in a clam, quiet place with water and feed if you have it. And like jdywntr says it may be best you contact a wild life rescue, you know how to deal with the wild population.

I called a wild life bird rescue and they are picking her up tomorrow. I'm keeping her in a dog kennel for the night

I would hope that no one would have just left her. I have introduced her to domestic duck eating and drinking... From a spoon. She's a biter lol
