Her crop seems normal not full though, doesn't look egg bound but not sure what to check. Everything seems normal, she just is sleeping. She opens her eyes when I move her around, but just for a little bit. I opened her beak and put in some water. She woke up kinda started that water was in her beak, drank and fell back asleep.

Any ideas?

With out actually seeing her, could she be tired? Did you try and get her to walk? See if she staggers? runs off etc? leavingher next to water if she is lathargic is not a smart move, she can stumble into it and drowned.

oh, I quickly picked her up and secluded her. She's inside now in a tub, she's just sleeping. She won't run away, she won't even open her eyes to see what's going on, she won't walk - I put her down in the tub and she just slowly squats down, while sleeping. Her breathing seems normal.

oh, and I just noticed her comb is really pale

Last September, when my hen Ellie got suddenly too weak to stand - eyes closed, couldn't even hold her head up- I took her to an avian vet the day the problem began (naturally it was a holiday - Labor Day - took hours to find someone who would see us on an emergency basis). Blood work revealed infection/inflammation of unknown origin. Treatment with antibiotic and antiinflammatory got her well. She has been fine since. He started the treatment even before blood work was back because she was failing so rapidly.

I just can't believe how fast she went. She was fine this morning and then I saw her by the water bowl when I message ya'll and now gone

thank you, they all look fine, but so did she. At least all of them are moving around, except for my one broody.
