UMmm ick on what google images will pull up! It does look somewhat similar to ovary pix but not quite. It was definitely dark brown on the exterior and deep dark red tissue inside...

BTW, one of the google pix of chix ovaries was of a "diseased, EXPELLED ovary" -- what?! That happens?! Losing an organ canNOT be good... oh nooooo
