Foundation important?

Looking at your planned coop/run combo, it’s really not much more than a tractor-type coop. If you build it sturdily enough, you could get away with no foundation at least until you decide where you want it. You’ll need to brace the corners very well or you’ll rack it when you try to relocate it. Metal 90° angle braces of appropriate size would probably be the best choice.

Assuming a temporary location, I would just use earth anchors like you would buy to tie down a prefab shed. You can set the corners on pavers if you like, as you mention above. I wouldn’t do anything more until you’re sure You’ve decided for certain on the final location.

I’m assuming very robust construction—quality work, which I’m sure you’re planning to do. Put it on the highest, flattest, best protected from sun and wind place you can find and adjust from there. Very wise of you to want to try out locations until you’re sure what’s going to work best.
