Out family got four new chicks!

1 Barred Rock
1 Rhode Island Red
They are about 2 months old and have been in our neighbors garage until this last weekend.
We have been gathering some hardware and went cheap by re-purposing the kids Little Tykes Log Cabin, and made it their their new home.
It turned out great!!! I think we spent $12 total on what we have since we had wood, screws, and the food and water containers were given to us. Not sure how much the crazy chicks where.
Never had chickens and we are really excited to teach our 8 and 5 year old all about it as we learn together.
