Four legged chick - need advice!

Has anyone raised a four legged chick? We had one born on Friday naturally at our farm. I need any advice I can get. I am a new member and I posted on the member introduction page so please forgive me if I am double posting. I have the chick separated and living on our porch right now. She is eating and drinking. I believe it will survive so need advice for the future. Thank you.

Wow that's amazing can it walk and eat and drink? If it can then it will make it it will look funny it's whole life but it will live I've had a 3leged chick she lived intill she was 2 then a raccoon got. Her

I'm sure that she'll be able to live normally, though keeping her separate until she can walk well would probably be helpful. Can she walk alright?

Why did you separate the chick from the others....?
Very unusual.... but still adorable....!!

In another thread she stated that it was broody hatched then after 2 days momma hen tried to kill it.

I agree with you mustang, a chick will eat and drink more if it has a buddy
