Four legged peafowl (graphic and gross pic)

The egg didn't hatch so took a look to see how far along it had got before it died. This is what I found. Would have been neat if it would have hatched and lived.

I got a four legged red sex link chick in a bunch from a hatchery one time. It only lived a few days.

While at an eatery called Pumpkin Hill farm there was a print of a four legged rooster.
Do you know whether the hen and cock were related?
