Four Roos?

Hello all! I'm brand new to this forum and to chickens. My husband and I purchased four chicks from a feed store. The people working there had no idea what kind of chickens they were selling (which I found odd). According to a friend that used to have chickens, I may have Buff Orpingtons? Three that makes sense with, but one has completely different coloring, nearly white back end. Also, I suspect that one is a "roo" as I've seen them called here. (Cute nickname )

Can you folks please help me understand what I'm looking at? I would be grateful.

1. She is the one I question as to what she is.
2. I think that's our roo.
3.The other 2, are they female?

Also, after a lot of reading, I'm afraid they're all roos based on tail feathers?

How old are these chickies? They look like ISA browns to me but I am not an expert yet. I have one that I got in May which is the only reason I think I know what they are
ISA Brown are supposed to be sex linked so anything that is red/brown as a chick is a pullet and anything that is white as a chick is a cockerel. I think for sure that the last 3 are girls, but the first has a lot of white but I don’t know how that plays in as they get older (if they are in fact ISA). I had a buff Orpington last year and she was the same color basically from chick til hen, which was a lighting yellow/tan. Here is a pick of my buff (first pic) and my ISA (second - ignore the other birds - she’s the reddish/whitish one).

I thinnnnnnnnnnnnnk that they are all pullets. I don't think that they are buff orpingtons as buff orpingtons tend to have very even coloring. I may be wrong about this so please listen to people that are more experienced than me.

They are approximately 7 weeks now.

Please forgive my ignorance. I'm so new to this, I don't know what ISA means?

Those are all sexlinks and all pullets.

If they are sex links, they are almost definitely pullets. Do you have pictures of them as chicks? I don't know what store would purposefully buy sex linked cockerels.

And, I feel like a complete idiot... but, when I've looked up Sexlink, it only discusses that they are a mix of chicken breeds. So, I'm not very clear on what they are, temperment, etc..

They are a specific mix of breeds so that when the chicks are born, you can tell by the color of the fluff on their heads which are male and female. They are generally very good egg layers, and can start laying early. Mine aren't flighty at all, and don't mind me touching them.
