Coming up on five weeks and six weeks.
Madame Curie is the biggest of the six weekers (center) and Count Chocula is the smallest of the five weekers. The girls will probably appreciate a small drake.
Threw a couple cucumber ends in the pool; what a hoot!
I don't believe my ducks have bumblefoot, I believe it's either a virus or fungal infection.
Still using the red iodine after the Epsom salt soak and then applying Theracyn spray.
Dropped the white iodine because I don't think it was simpatico with the red iodine because progress slowed/reversed.
Other factors;
I had just switched food, so maybe that was the appetite thing? Still using the unmedicated chick starter (20%) with oats and niacin.
Slight case of angel wing in one duck is actually healing without tape, so that is nice. At least half of the ducks diet is outside forage for the majority of the day.
Feet are nearly healed and everything seems to be going well. Gotta get the coop built!!!
