FOURTH ANNUAL BIGZIOS WI CHEESEHEAD CHICKENSTOCK THREAD!

My sage and rosemary were fine last summer and I am waiting and praying that they come back. With the drought I am concerned that they might not have made it thru the winter because they struggled wuth little water. Mine are all in the ground but dince you are further north make sure you put them up against your house in an area wuth at least 6hrs sun.

I won't know what I have until it starts peeking out. Between last years drought and this "spring's" flooding, freezing and flooding... who knows what's left!

I have white Echinacea but I'm not sure uf it is ready to divide, purple echinacea, sage, spearmint, i hope the thyme survived the drought, and rosemary. I also have lemon balm.
I'll trade some lambs ears & irises for some lemon balm & sage. What type of thyme do you have? If you don't have enough sage or it didn't survive, I'd be interested in thyme instead.

Del, my rhubarb did terrible last year. I'm not even sure it survived. And here I used to think you couldn't kill that stuff.

Ha! One thing, the only thing I can't kill, is my rhubarb. It goes all summer long! Some one told me they make a super tasty booze from rhubarb. Now THAT is a use I can buy into!

Oh I plan on it Amy! It's based on that apple pie liquor recipe. (You know, the one Frenchie was supposed to bring to the bash last year before she bailed...). I'm totally giving it a try!
