Oh that's too bad. I want my favorites to last forever too.. I'd also go with a little force feeding of fluids with electrolytes, any food she might nibble on. It's amazing sometimes what some tlc will do. I don't know if this is the case with your girl but when I got down to one chicken , she must have been 8 at the time, she really seemed heartbroken over the loss of her sister. Would just stand and stare into space. Quiet., not eating. .I moved her in the house for a bit and she got happy, vocal.. Then I bought some pullets which annoyed her but kept her busy. She got killed by a red tailed hawk at 10 or 11. I was heart broken. I'd nursed her through every illness imaginable and she always survived. Good luck with your baby.
