My mom liked the big cats and wild animals best. Those into artwork might notice the Windberg style on 2 of the above paintings. My mom started painting in early 1970's with 4 kids all under age of 7.

Everything she touched turned into art. It was truly a blessing to have not only had her for my mom, but my best friend. And now captain of a pack of guardian angels.

Ok, headed to shelter this weekend. Am on a mission to find paintings that came out of house fire in 2012!!!

A few more treasures hanging at my sister's house.

This is 1 I made. I made 4 for my house. My sis had a fit and wanted one. So I made her one. My 4 are sitting in stained glass storage area awaiting repairs from fire.

Parting pics of stained glass that is hanging. We have literally tons in storage. Was a passion for about a decade for mom and her 4 offspring.

Yes. This batch (5 pieces) I did all by myself. Was grueling. But worth it once finished. Until fire!
Most of stained glass was a group effort. My mom had several stations set up in shop area and we all hung around and worked on it. Very addictive. We all had bandaids on fingers for a decade. Was too fun.

Good luck digging out the damaged ones! Can't wait to see what you do with them.

Sorted out damaged art from Nov 2012-Feb 2013. Sent paintings to Colorado for any clean/restoration possible. Have pottery stored for restoration at some point by myself. And pulled all stained glass that was worth working on and stored. There are 3 pieces of the 4 I think I can do something with. (No professionals would touch them.). Will see. Fire got pretty hot. Glass may just turn to a million pieces when I try to work on them some day. :)
