Fowl Pox? Coryza? Photo included

Baytril is banned in poultry because of the possibility of antibiotic resistant strains of campylobacter, but some vets may quietly still prescribe it for certain infections. Tylosin, Denagard, and oxytetracycline are some other antibiotics that can treat MG. You can usually get Tylosin for pigeons here if the antibiotics don’t help:

Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 3-5 days. Add water to powder to mix.
They also have enrofloxacin (Baytril) as well. The 10% liquid dosage is 0.25 mg for a 5 pound bird twice a day.

EGGCESSIVE - Appreciate all your help. Will definitely update.

DAWG53 - No foul odor so hopefully not Coryza. My vet will treat poultry (only one within 2 hours that does) but she is not an Avian vet, i.e., doesn't specialize in that area. Not sure what her thoughts were as to why she gave antibiotic she did but obviously she knows alot more than me so I didn't question. Baytril was never mentioned.

UPDATE: Wanted to update on my flock of 16 that had dry fowl pox in late August/early September. It took until about the middle of October for it to run its course. The respiratory issues, not the scabs, etc. were my main concern. I lost 1 chicken who had always had a weak immune system but for the last couple weeks everyone else has been happy and healthy, running around like they'd never been sick.
In the future if I ever get any more chickens I will definitely administer the fowl pox vaccine that will hopefully give a resistance to or at least lessen serious effects/quicker recovery time of this disease.
Thanks again to all for their advice and concern.
