Let me advise you with homeopathic medicines if its available near you.
Fowl Pox Syn:- 1. If there is Lesions on head & Comb and are wart like nature, then give Antim tart,
2. If there is Lesions in mouth and are dipthertic type, then give Kali mure, Nat sulph
3. If there is Lesions with fever, then give Antim, then give tart, Aconite
4. If there is Lesions without fever, then give Bryonia, Calc phos
5. if found on Head only then give remedy Variolinum 30, or 200 Combination of pulsatilla200+ Thuja200 + Nat Sulp200, 5ml each in 8 liters of water for 100 birds

Fowl pox usually last several weeks. It seems to be very hard on young ones though. Touching the scabs can help to spread the pox virus, and scabs that dry and fall off can also spread the disease. I would keep trying to get plenty of nutrition into the poult, and really hope that you can save her.

Do you know if she'll be blind if she pulls through this?
