It looks like pox.More than likely Dry From. But a pic of there mouth would help a lot.Dry Pox will usually take care of itself after a few weeks under optimal conditions.Clean there water daily as well as bedding.Make sure there is no stress going on while they recover.Giving Vitamin A(2000 IU/KG body weight) in there feed or water will help them recover. Terramicyn ointment applied daily to the scabs will help too.If you have a avian vet near you it would be suggested that you take them there and wait for advice.

It looks like Fowl Pox which is a virus spread by mosquitoes and usually resolves itself in several weeks. You can apply Iodine on the scabs, being careful not to disturb them - this can help dry them up. If you see any scabs near the eyes you can use Terramycin eye ointment in the eyes to help prevent and treat any eye infections. Look for any wet pox/lesions inside the beak, this is more serious and can cause them to stop eating and drinking.

Keep your water stations cleaned and sanitized to help minimize the spread. Watch to make sure everyone is eating and drinking well.
Keep us posted.

Fowl pox is a herpes virus. Give the birds supportive treatment- comfortable clean environment, good feed and CLEAN water. Reduce the stress while they are going through the course of the disease.
