Hen #1 has started drinking on her own and pecking around looking for food. I’m hopeful they’ll pull through.

Can you post a picture of the one with the goopy eye? Can you get the FishZole online. The link I gave you earlier had the best price for a small bottle of 30, but you might want to get the one with 100, since it seems to be spreading. Canker is a disease that is common in pigeons, and chickens may be infected if they drink out of puddles, or if wild birds drink their water. You may want to separate the 2 with symptoms, and disinfect your waterers and feeders with 10% bleach water. You also can buy acidified copper sulfate to use in your water for 3 days a month for prevention of canker to the other chickens. Dosage is 1/4 tsp per gallon of water. This is the one with the swollen eye. She acts perfectly fine other than that. No coughing, no sores in the mouth, energetic and eating and drinking.
