i have a rooster and he's had spots on his legs since his comb starting developing and I was wondering if they were a disease or something. He's around 4 months old now. He's also a mixed breed so I wasn't sure if that has something to do with it. I'm getting rid of him Friday so I didn't want to kill anyone else's flock with a disease or something.

fowl pox go's on the unfeathered parts of your chickens they do go away on there own but If it was fowl pox it would be on the comb and wattles and all your flock would have it does not look like its fowl poxs

He looks perfectly fine. To keep it safe though, I would suggest dipping/soaking his feet & legs into a little bowl of diluted peroxide and water. Good luck!

Ok than y'all I just didn't want to get in trouble trying to sell him if he had something and I will thank you angry hen for the tip
