Fowl pox, lice, duck injuries!

I am trying to undry the blood from the eye wound of my hen but it is firm and I can't tear or peel it off because her skin where the blood dried is thin and stretchy.

I am misting warm water on it and rubbing with paper towels.

I can't get permetherin or Terra for a week. Can I use garden poultry dust and the eye drops I have now?

The hen with the worst fowl pox has lots of "cheesies" but they are not as loose as the other hen I got the "cheesies" out of. Why?

This same hen who has fowl pox all over her head has her nostrils shrinking. The fowl pox has shrunk them into very small slits. Will she be able to breath soon?

I have been told that this needs to run it's course but it is very bad wet fowl pox. :-(

Does it just need to run it's course? I am wanting it too, but it's taking it's time!
