Fowl Pox or just over-reacting chicken mom?

About a week ago, I noticed these black spots on my black australorp's comb. I thought it was just scabs because she can get picked on a bit by the older chickens. Then, I noticed that they seemed to be getting bigger. I've heard about fowl pox, and I also heard that you can use a foot anti-fungal cream on the comb. But is this even fowl pox? And if not, can I just put noesporin on it?

In my opinion it doesn't look like fowl pox.
Fowl pox are normally raised and those don't look raised.

So may be tryed blood or scabs.
Also was your chickens eye pecked?
It looks alittle scabby in the top right part of it and when its eye is closed
