Fowl pox, or nothing to worry about?

A few days ago I noticed some spots on Dagny's comb. She is a three year old Barred Rock hen. I thought they were dirt but they didn't rub off. There was also a tiny cut on her wattles and one on her earlobe, all on the same side of her head, that have now scabbed over and turned black. I've seen one or two similar spots on my other hens, but none of them have shown any other symptoms. They have laid less lately, but I assume it's normal for their ages, two and three, and when they're preparing to molt.
I don't think anything needs to be done, but I'd rather catch a big problem early than lose some birds. What do you think?

That's what I was thinking too, but a few more have them. Dagny has it worst, though, and it's still barely visible.

She blinked when I took one of the pictures, as you can see. Sorry but I have a bad camera. It's the middle of the bottom of the comb and the tip of the wattle.
Thank you!

Ok thanks!
Like I said, I wouldn't have worried if the others hadn't had them. Usually I worry about my chickens for no reason, so this puts my worries to rest.
