Fowl Pox or Pecking injury in eye?

This is a continuation of an older post about my rooster who has just gone through fowl pox and may have wet pox in his eye. He also snuck into a pen with another pen with a rooster and got beat up and it may be that his eye got pecked.

If anyone can tell from these pictures, please let me know I want to know if I can treat it and how!
He naturally has red eyes. The white goop on his eye seems attached and is what I'm worried about.

He's still eating normal, but either way I think he may be partially or fully blind in that eye.

 
I would apply eye ointment or neosporine to his eye to keep it lubricated and to fight any bacteria on the eye. He may have limited vision in the eye but everything around it looks good.
