Fowl pox? Something else?

I didn't have luck attatch a photo yesterday. Here is one. I had to take her out of the pen as I couldn't get a good photo in the separate cage thing. It started with the eye and she was getting around great. Now her foot on the same side is just totally limp. No signs of trauma or sores and her eye is not weepy. She is eating and drinking, and poop looks normal. I have poultry cell in her water. Maybe the three illnesses are totally unrelated and just hit at the same time.

Updates...
Both eyes are now totally closed on my lavender orpington. She cannot get around or see. Poor girl still laid an egg though 😞 after lots of reading, I have decided to send a blood sample to test for Marek's. I ordered it through the silkie lab. I will update on how that goes for those who may read this in the future and be wondering about testing their flock. I have had a incessantly ill flock since we got our first 5 (6 months old pullets we were told at that time) in February of this year. I hope that the test is negative for mareks, but it would make me feel like less of a failed chicken keeper and connect a lot of dots if it's positive. My sour crop patient seems to be declining again after seeming to get better with treatment.
