Fowl pox

Does my chick have fowl pox or this is just a minor wound ?

That looks like just a minor wound to me. Does she seem lethargic or like she's not feeling well? You could isolate her and make sure the spot doesn't grow and/or she develop more. You may want to isolate her anyways so that if it's a wound the others don't peck on it and make it worse.
